Marie has over 25 years’ human resources experience, including 10 years as a management trainer.

She is professionally qualified and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.    She has a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA), is registered to use psychometric tests and passed an IOSH course in Risk and Safety Management.   A qualified Mediator, Marie has wide ranging experience of resolving disputes in the workplace..

Marie has worked as a Director of HR in the NHS, operating at Board level.  She also has experience of working at a senior level in local government, education and has provided consultancy services within the private and not-for-profit / voluntary sectors.
